Before & After: A Small Garden Makeover Story

Client Brief:
Our client had a small, unloved back garden with patchy grass, overgrown shrubs, and nowhere to relax. They wanted a clean, low-maintenance space that felt bright, welcoming, and functional — without losing the greenery.

• Uneven lawn and bare patches

🌿 Re-turfed the lawn with premium shade-tolerant grass
🌸 Added raised flower beds with low-maintenance perennials
🪵 Installed a modern horizontal-slat fence for privacy
🪑 Laid a sandstone patio with room for seating and planters
🕯️ Installed solar lights for evening ambience

After

The new garden feels twice the size! There’s now a clear zone for relaxing, space for the kids to play, and beds full of easy-care plants that bring colour from spring to autumn. The client was thrilled — and so were the bees.
